Prior to joining Western, Wayne served as Head of Underwriting for the Western Region at Aviva Canada, where he played a pivotal role in driving profitable growth and aligning underwriting strategies with both broker and client needs Before that, he was President of Federated Insurance Company of Canada, leading significant modernization efforts while fostering a strong team-oriented and client-focused organizational culture.
